Happy HNT - Rope bondage paddling

Happy HNT everyone!! It's a beautiful sunny summer day here in Vancouver, BC. It really helps to lift my spirits and I can't wait to spend some time outside this afternoon. I want to put on my sunglasses and listen to the Ipod with my summer songs on it and sip on some cold diet coke with lemon. Mmmm...a perfect way to help lift some depression and the blues. I wanted to thank everyone for the really nice supportive comments to my last blog post. I was really worried that the post wasn't too sexy and it was a really hard post for me to write. I really hated having to admit that I had gained weight back from what I had lost during the first part of this year. I got some really supportive e-mails too. Thank you!! You have no idea how much it meant to be to have friend's tell me they would join me with being a diet buddy or to also help support me with my positive new changes. I know that things are going to change. The seasons will change and Fall will be here before I know it. My 35th birthday is around the corner. For some reason this birthday seems to be hitting me hard. I feel like I need to start thinking about good health and getting my heart into shape. I've been having a few heart problems lately with heart palpatations and I know my blood pressure is high. I had a problem with toxemia with my pregnancy with my son, Skywalker and was in and out of the hospital for it. I seem to get problems with it going high when I am not watching my diet. So I know I need to make changes for my health. I want to be around to see my kid's grow old. I watched City of Angels with Master Anakin last night and thought about how precious life is. Master Anakin and I have created a new blog to help us with our weight loss journey. It's called Journey to the Lightside. We plan to use this blog just for weight loss and fitness and writing out our struggles. This blog isn't about spanking or sex or anything sexy....this blog is going to have real struggles in it. We decided to share this blog with all our readers so you can try to be there for our weight loss journey as well as our Journey to the Darkside. I plan to post in it as much as I can about how I'm eating and what I am doing for exercise daily. This is to be accountable to Master Anakin also. He can read about what I am doing each day while he's at work. Our kid's are going back to school and I get my days completely free. He doesn't want me sitting around eating potato chips and watching soaps all day. Well hopefully he'll at least let me watch my one hour of Young and the Restless. lol. I have been watching that show practically my whole life. I love it!! For that one hour I get to relax and sip on coffee and find out what's going on with the Newman's or with the Abbott's. Is Phyllis really going to jail? Will Sharon and Nick get back together? Is Drucilla really dead? I need to find all this out!! I would go through serious withdrawal if I had to give up my Y and R time. There are some serious hotties on that show. mmmm...Nick Newman can come over anytime and spank me. *winks* Today's HNT picture was taken last Saturday afternoon. Click to enlarge the pictures. We had some sitting time and wanted to have some naughty play. I wrote about some of it on Saturday in my A Spanking good Saturday blog post. I was tied up with our blue/white rope. It's a very soft type of rope so it's not too hard on the wrists. I wore my cheerleader skirt for him and no top. He wanted the nipple free to play with. I was paddled very hard making my ass glow like a red apple. Today's HNT picture you can see my red ass and Anakin's paddle and me all tied up in rope bondage. We enjoyed a lot of play that afternoon and some romance later in the evening making love to April Wine on the cd player. It was a wonderful Saturday for Master and slave. I am having a quiet free day today. The long weekend is getting close and I want to enjoy the last bit of summer before it's back to school on Tuesday. I was invited to come out to the Shadow Lanes Spanking party which is happening in Las Vegas this long weekend. I am not able to go due to finances. I'm sure everyone going is going to have a spanking good time there. I know a few different bloggers going to it. :) The party is over for me on Sept. 1st. I plan to drink and party up on Friday before I go off alcohol for a month. I am planning to go Sober for September. I have vowed to not drink any alcohol for the month of September. I am going to be using a detox kit and also a very strict diet. It means drinking a lot of water and no pop or chocolate or sweets. I will be having new rules starting Sept. 1st and Master Anakin and I plan to go back into our TPE relationship. Darth Vader will be cracking down. I have been told that I will be losing one pound a week or getting punished. So my personal trainer is back too and plans to kick my ass to get back into shape and me back to being healthy again. If anyone else would like to join me for Sober in September...please e-mail me or let me know. I'd like to start a club where we all talk about our experiences of being sober in September. Please think about it...it's a great way to get detoxed and it's not Christmas or other stressful months of the year where it's harder to not drink. My sexy friend, Shasta Gibson has agreed to join me and I hope others will too. We can all do this together!! I will be posting a lot about this in September on my weight loss blog and also here too.
