Love our Lurkers day and birthday celebrations begin

I wanted to put up my "love our lurkers" day post early and this is my final post until Monday when my birthday is over. I am taking the weekend off to celebrate and relax and enjoy my 35th birthday. I am hoping to convince some lurkers and also friends to comment in this post to wish me a happy birthday. It would really mean a lot to me to hear from you and I really hope some lurkers will come out and say hello. Bonnie started Love our Lurkers day and it was a big success so we are having it again in hopes that others will come out of the shadows and say hello. I know last time we participated we got a lot of comments and I heard from many people I had never heard from before. This is your chance to speak up and tell us what you think about Journey to the Darkside. We would really love to hear from you! Your comments mean so much to us. I try very hard to respond to all of them but sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day to respond to each and every comment. I read them all and we both appreciate the feedback and time it takes to leave a comment here at Journey to the Darkside. We would really love to hear from you and we are adding a bit of incentive to get lurkers to comment. *If* we can get enough lurkers to comment we *might* do something for you...Master Anakin has promised to put up a picture on Sunday of my birthday spanking with his hand which was the winning spanking impliment on our latest poll which just ended if we get enough comments from lurkers today. Looks like I am getting the traditional hand spanking 35 times on Saturday at midnight as my 35th birthday rolls in. 24% of you voted for the hand and Master Anakin's big hand will be spanking me hard on Saturday night in our hotel room. I am SO extremely excited about my birthday weekend coming up. I've had so many people calling and sending e-cards already to me. I feel so loved and thought of and I really appreciate it. I have been asked what I want for my birthday. I would love comments for my birthday...lots and lots of comments! So hopefully lots of lurkers come out today. :) I dyed my hair red today and it came out strawberry blonde. Tommorow the party starts at 4 pm PST when I am having drinks with my friend's Griz and good girl. Saturday is my special overnight and we have a whole 24 hours with no kids. We are going away for a night to a really fancy hotel with a one bedroom suite there. I'm hoping to go to the spa and spend lots of time in the hot tub and pool. There's a nice casino too for gambling and we plan to drink and have fun. We are dressing up for a really nice dinner and we plan to pamper ourselves and also have lots of naughty play. I tried on my Prep schoolgirl outfit today to make sure it fits for Saturday night and it looks great on me. I can't wait to show Master Anakin. It's going to add so much to our special night to have some dress up play and role-playing. We havn't been away to a hotel for the night alone since our anniversary trip to Edmonton in April. This is very exciting for us both. I'm already packing and getting ready for our hotel night. It's going to be a weekend filled with fun and so much excitement. :) We plan to take lots of pictures including of the birthday spanking coming to me. Stay tuned next week for lots of details and pictures about all the fun and naughty details of the weekend. It's going to be so much fun and I can't wait! I am excited and hyper and I can't wait until tommorow when the fun begins. This is going to be the best birthday yet. The force feels strong. I put up a picture of me holding onto the Russian vodka all dressed up and ready for play. It was taken last year. I am wearing braids and looking like little miss dangerous. It's party time!! The Russian Vodka is chilling in the freezer just waiting to be opened tommorow night and the fun is about to begin...
