Happy HNT - Dungeon Bondage Chair

Gratitude Tuesday - The letter T

I was up early this morning but at least I slept through the night. I havn't been sleeping very well lately. I've got a lot on my mind and I've been feeling pretty down the last few days. I've been crashing from the intense play on the weekend. There's some other stuff too that I've been thinking about. On Saturday it will be 9 years since my Bah Bah (Russian for Grandma) passed away. I can't stop thinking about her and going over some of my last moments with her. I have had many people in my life pass away through the years but it's been her death that has hit me the hardest in my life. I keep thinking that in time it will get easier but it hasn't. This is the toughest time of the year for me. I really miss her right now and I wish I could turn back time. I'd give anything to see her just one more time. She inspired me on so many levels and was such a wonderful lady. I've been very quiet the last few days and doing a lot of thinking about her. I've had some more back problems after pushing myself on Sunday to clean our place all day. I did a lot of lifting which has thrown my back out again. This is after two chiropractor visits to fix it last week. I did weigh myself this morning and got a pleasant surprise! I've lost another pound. I am still doing my walks and I've tried to stay on track with my diet (although not on Saturday) and not eating red meats. I havn't been able to box due to my back problems though. I've lost three pounds since my changes on Jan. 1st. I wish it would be more but I know I have to go at a slow pace if I am to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Interview with Honestly Speaking

This is my 9th interview in my series, padme's interviews. I had a wonderful weekend and wasn't on the computer very much. Gratitude Tuesday - The letter S

I was going to skip doing Gratitude Tuesday today but I had my list ready to go up and thought it might help me feel a bit better. I am extremely moody right now. A new journey

I didn't plan to do a blog post, especially one so early in the morning. Master Anakin and I have been working on our blog for most of the night and we are both very excited about all the changes on Journey to the Darkside. We hope you will enjoy them too!! We want to reflect a new direction for our blog and we wanted to make our blog look a bit cleaner. It was time for a change with the new year. One of the biggest changes was the header. We've had that same header for almost a year now and it was time to get a new one to reflect more of who we are. Gratitude Tuesday - The letter R

I was able to come up with a list of many R's the last few days. I'm always happy to work on my Gratitude Tuesday lists as they make me think about what I have in my life that I am grateful for. I want to thank Todd and Suze for letting me become their "diet buddy". I am really needing support with my diet and exercises right now. I only lost one pound last week and have been struggling to get my boxing or walks in the last few days. It's freezing cold in our basement due to the cold weather the last week. It's snowing today. The snow and ice has made it slippery for walking in. I have also had a bad shoulder the last few days. I'm not sure what caused it but sometimes my arthritis acts up in the cold weather. I eat a lot of rice and the other things. ~Russian - I am part Russian (the other part British) and I am very proud of my heritage. This is a important part of who I am. Gratitude Tuesday - The letter Q

I've been having problems with blogger all morning. It's been driving me crazy as I can read blog's but not comment. This is also the first chance to finally get my Gratitude Tuesday post up. The Art Exhibition

I feel many changes happening within me mentally and physically the last few days. I want to blog about my new rules soon. Is anyone curious about them? I will say that I am being more controlled right now with Master Anakin as my personal trainer. He's pushing me hard. If I don't lose one pound a week I will be getting punished. Gratitude Tuesday - The Letter P

I am getting back to normal on Journey to the Darkside and today I am starting up Gratitude Tuesday again. I took a brief break for the holidays but I hope to also get a new HNT up this week and a brand spanking new interview also! I have really missed blogging. I tried to catch up on my blog reading this morning.
