 Happy HNT (Half-Nekkid Thursday) everyone! We are putting up a fun summer picture this week for HNT. We were at White Rock beach recently and I was putting my feet into the sand. Master took this picture of them. I love to feel the sand in between my toes, especially when it's been warmed by the sun. Ahhhh...heaven! I'm a beach girl that could easily live down there. I love White rock. It's one of my favorite places to go. Please click to enlarge the picture and get a better look of it. :)
I can't believe it's August already. Almost time for back to school. Have you done your shopping? I'm half way through mine. It's always a big job to get the kids ready for school. We've been cleaning the house and organizing things. The hardest thing was going through stuff from the past.
Old memories and reminders. Some emotions got stirred up and feelings resurfaced. Perhaps the most difficult stuff was from my Dad. I read an old letter that he sent me years ago during his divorce to my mom. He was very upset with me and said some very hurtful things. I was not able to read that letter until last night. I am still sorting out how I feel about it.
Letting go of the past is tough. It's been mentally challenging and I've pushed myself very hard the last few days. I promised myself that I would make some new changes. It's a new chapter on the journey. I will try to embrace the changes and push myself forward. My family is the most important thing in my life at the moment.
I am so lucky to have such an amazing Master. He's been my rock. He's always there when I need him the most. We both worked on making some changes over the last week. It's brought us closer and our force feels strong.

God I love the ocean and I'd like nothing more than to be at the beach with you right now as you vividly describe it. The ocean calms Me and makes me feel the vastness of this world.
