 Yuck! A rainy day AND a Monday AND also the first one following Daylight Savings Time. I'm feeling tired and it seems like many others are feeling the same way on Twitter and Facebook/Fetlife. I enjoy having the extra hour of daylight though. I hate the dark months of winter. It's almost spring and one of my favorite times of the year. I love Fall but also enjoy spring time. A time of renewal and growth.
I had a really good weekend. Skywalker's 10th birthday and his party were a big success. We had a house full of kids all weekend. It really wore me out to host a big birthday and also sleepover. The kids did go to a movie so we got some time to go out on a date on Saturday night. Anakin and I went out for dinner to Montana's. I always love the food there.
Unfortunately we did not get any naughty time this weekend. I am hoping we will be a lot more lucky next weekend! We have a very special night coming up! We have tickets to see Meat Loaf on Friday night. We are celebrating an early anniversary night. We plan to have a very romantic dinner and also some gambling at the casino before the concert. We have an overnight with no kids. So I bet we'll be coming home for dessert after the concert! :P I can't wait! I'm really excited about it.

I'm surprised W/we fit in any time at all together last weekend. Looking forward to much more quality time with you this weekend with our concert and everything; CANT WAIT!
Can't believe young Skywalker is 10. Where did the time go, or rather, how did it go THAT fast?
Like you, looking forward to Spring and nicer weather and the end of these bleak, grey skies and endless rain, which we call winter around here.

I totally agree- yesterday was pretty yucky with the time change and all.
