Date at Metrotown with Irish Boy

TGIF! It's a beautiful but chilly Friday here in Vancouver. It's date night and also time to settle up on a punishment coming to me. I disobeyed Anakin on Halloween. You can read my blog post about why I'm being punished for it. He gave me a direct order and I didn't listen to him. He has not told me yet what the punishment is. He usually makes me wonder and get nervous about it all day. Part of the punishment is the anticipation of it all. I will be blogging about the punishment so stay tuned for details on that. I'm met and connected with a new boy! It's funny how poly works. You tend to give up and then someone new falls into your life. NRE starts and it starts a new beginning. It's been a while since I've felt NRE for someone. I think the last time I felt that was with A in the beginning which was Jan/Feb 2010. So it's been a while. I forgot how good it feels to have NRE! It's amazing and addictive. I met Irish Boy through collarme.com over the summer. I still have a profile there. I still get e-mails over there. Irish Boy e-mailed me and it intrigued me. So I wrote him back and we started exchanging e-mails. We finally got the chance to meet over my birthday weekend. We met for coffee and got to know each other a bit. He isn't on Fetlife yet but I'm trying to talk him into it. I have met someone through collarme before. I'm not as happy with the site as Fetlife though. I went downtown (where he works and lives) to see him on our first date. We didn't kiss or even touch each other during the first coffee meeting. I was a bit unsure how he felt about me. I wasn't sure if he was interested. We exchanged more e-mails. He's very sweet. He read my blog post about my Halloween from Hell and felt bad so he sent me a really cute e-card. Those special touches always get me interested and my attention. He wanted to see me again and we were able to work out a plan to get together yesterday. We were going to meet at Metrotown. Metrotown Mall seems to be a typical meeting place for people. lol. I've met several partners there during the years. Daemon, Shiro, Max, and even Anakin. Anakin and I had our first date at the movies at Metrotown. Lots of memories everywhere. I got to use my Hitachi before going on my date. This helped relieve some of the nervousness and anxiety that I was feeling. He texted me a few minutes after I had used it and had my orgasm. lol. Great timing! I jumped into the shower and got my ass out the door. The commute is long but went by quickly by texting. A special thank you to my text buddies for helping keep me company! :) I took the skytrain and met him at Starbucks near the entrance to Metrotown. He was waiting for me with a latte. I was impressed he knew what to order for me. He knew I liked vanilla lattes. lol. :P I love a boy that does his homework when dating me. We went outside and felt a bit strange when seeing the water fountain. I wasn't going to bring up old poly partners/lovers but he wanted to know why it upset me a little. I explained about Daemon (who I dated about 3 years ago) used to talk with me by the water fountain and we would have coffee together. Daemon used to say it was our "special place". So now I think of him when I see it. It's still a bit weird for me. I often wonder what happened to him. We didn't stay at the water fountain and went inside to shop. I was glad to see him take the lead a bit. He chose where we were going to have lunch as well as shop. We went to Lush. He bought me a bath bomb. He bought me candy from the Sweet Factory. We also went to Chapters and he picked up a copy of The Peep Diaries. It is the book that I'm in. Yup...I've been published in a book! You can find the Peep Diaries at your local Chapters. He treated me for sushi. Sushi makes me very happy. :) The lunch was really nice. I got to know him a bit more. He's 31 and has been poly for a while. He hasn't dated in a while though. He is really into tattoos. He showed me his new one which was very cool. He wants to get another one and asked me to come with him for it. It was a really wonderful afternoon. It felt so good to get off the computer for a while and into the real world. I forgot how good it feels to go out on dates with others. The dating process is one of my favorite parts of the poly. Irish Boy did some discreet hair pulling and teased with me a lot. There was flirting and lots of blushing from me. We were walking at one point and he pulled me in for a kiss. My knees almost buckled. Boy can he kiss!! Sometimes you can tell how someone will be like in bed by the way they kiss! Kissing is important to me when dating someone. I will admit that I have broken up with people because they didn't know how to kiss. Irish Boy even got to meet Anakin. Anakin is also Irish. I must have a thing for Irish guys. ;P They had some things in common and got along very well. I was nervous about them meeting but it's important. I like Anakin to like my poly/play partners. We had to get going and started driving home. I got a text from Irish Boy which said "I miss you already". *happy sighs* I had a big smile on my face. :) I feel very happy! I can't wait to see Irish Boy again! I wish he lived closer. It will make getting together a bit challenging. He also doesn't drive. And I don't drive either. I do hope we can get together sometime this month though. I can't stop thinking about him today. It's great to be dating again and starting the poly dance with someone new.
