Taking the next step with Irish Boy

The poly dance is a hard one. I wasn't really expecting to find someone new in my life this year. I had a hard time getting over my last relationship. It took me a while to get over A. I should have known better than to get involved with a young boy who was half my age. Everyone knew it wouldn't last but it was a pretty wild adventure with A. We had some good times. But the bad times were pretty bad. Especially at the end. I had given up on the poly after A and started to wonder if I would ever date anyone other than Anakin again. Life is unpredictable though. Things can happen when you least expect it. Irish Boy danced his way into my life over the summer. I really enjoyed getting to know him. We met over my birthday weekend for coffee. We also met at Metrotown Mall a few weeks ago and we kissed for the first time! We met again for another date last week. I went Downtown Vancouver and met Irish Boy for a coffee and some adult sex store shopping. We went to Little Sister's adult store on Davie Street. It was a lot of fun. I really love spending time with him. We've even had some naughty phone play together. He listened on the phone while I used my Hitachi and came for him. That was really naughty and fun! ;P There has been some talk about taking it to the next level. Anakin met Irish Boy and got along well with him. They've exchanged a few e-mails as well. Master is talking about giving his permission to sleep with Irish Boy! I need to find an alternate form of birth control though other than just condoms. I went to the Doctor on Friday and we discussed different options for birth control. Condoms are not 100%. A condom failed me on a one night stand in Toronto. I got pregnant from it. A and I also had a scare when I was late with my period one month. So this time we want to make sure it's a bit more secure and look into other birth control besides using a condom. I really don't want to get pregnant right now. My kids are almost grown up and I'm entering a new phase in my life. So this needs to be talked about before anything can happen sexually. It's exciting to think about. A new chapter on my poly journey. I feel like I'm falling in love with Irish Boy. I know it's just NRE and hormones though and to try to take it slow. It's hard sometimes though because I want to take the next step. Hopefully that will be happening soon with Irish Boy. He's even talked about being my Dom one day. We'll have to see what happens. It's a bit challenging with living far apart without vehicles. It makes it very challenging to get together. I like him a lot though and am wondering where fate might take us next.
