 I haven't been online very much the last few days. I've been dealing with some stressful family drama which has taken a lot of my energy. I should have known that the closeness between my sister and I would eventually change. We have a very complicated relationship. I can always feel the walls go up when we start to get close.
There was some e-mail wars which seemed to get more and more nasty. The last one was very upsetting to me. The baby isn't born yet and I feel like it's being used as a weapon. Not cool!. :/ I'm not sure now how involved that I'm going to be in her pregnancy. I'm excited to be an Aunt though. I hope she'll at least let me see the baby. :/ My sister can be very controlling. She reminds me a lot of our Dad sometimes. This is probably why we can't seem to get along for very long.
If there is one thing that I hate the worst it's family drama. It always leaks into my home and marriage. It's the one thing that seems to always bring on a fight between Anakin and I. Anakin understands how complicated my relationships are with other family members. He's seen a lot over the almost 22 years that we have been best friends.
It's been hard to be online because my kids are at home. There is a teacher's strike happening so they are home until Thursday. Spring Break then starts for two weeks! It's hard to get onto Tumblr and even to blog. I try to tweet when I can but even that has been hard.
I'm also getting ready for my son's birthday party this weekend. He's turning 11 years old! I've got a list of chores and errands to get done by the weekend.
Things are really good between Master and I after a big fight over the weekend. We've connected again and our force is feeling strong!

awww, sorry about all the drama, it just wears you down. Hopefully things will settle down quickly.
Teachers strikes are another issue...just as difficult to deal with. Hopefully that too will be resolved quickly!

Your sister, well, that's ongoing, and will *always* be an issue; she drives you away as much as you try to be there for her. Keep in mind you *don't* have to put up with it. It's her loss.
Other events will no doubt have you offline a lot in the near future.
What is most important to Me is that our Force is strong, and that you know I'm always here for you.

Thanks for your comments! Things are going ok with my sister. We are working through the issues and things are getting better. I am really glad. I want to be a part of her pregnancy and life.

My sister used my nephews against me for a bit until she grew up some- which happens faster once you have a kid so hang in there!
